Retired fireman. Woodworking is a winter thing for me. Summers in Wisconsin are too short to spend in the shop. Fairly new to the wood game. I've attended a school (JD Lohr) and built a few projects. I like using Sketchup to work through a project before making the first cut.

Imagine that! A year has almost gone by since you became a Lumber Jock. Congratulations on your anniversary! I look forward to your posts.
Looks like summer is going to be a bit longer this year, unless it peters out on us. Was on vacation this week, it was warm in the shop.
