First and foremost I'm a single Father of two beautiful girls and getting ready to re-marry real soon after 10 years of divorcehood. I'm a maintenance supervisor at a coastal resort motel and enjoy woodworking and putzing around in my shop every opportunity I get. I really like to create things out of recycled/reclaimed wood. I was a re-modeling/carpenter for 20 years before the motel. I acquired a love for wood living in southern Oregon(Douglas county) as a young boy. My father worked in the lumber industry for several years which enabled me an inside look at an early age. I'm just a nail bender compared to most on this site but hope to learn to hone my skills and meet new like minded people. I'm also an avid music collector, as well as a sports enthusiast.
I have a decent but narrow shop with an eclectic mix of tools and brands. I also like taking old tools and giving them new life.
Looking forward to rubbing elbows with the LumberJocks.
