Many years ago, I remember being asked what I would do if I won the lottery. I replied that I'd probably do some woodworking. Well, I haven't won the lottery but time marches on. I'd like to make some pieces for my 2 boys and their families that they might not toss into the fireplace, even on a cold day. I spent 25 yrs. of my adult life as an independent bayman on the waters of Long Island's north shore. We moved to Oregon about 12 yrs ago and I am now a scrub tech (hand surgeon instruments) at a hospital. I've recently organized my 2 car garage into a shop space. Onward.
