Look up the word amateur in the dictionary, you'll see my picture. I love all things wood, but especially the more rustic styles. Have dabbled in woodworking for years, and am looking forward to getting more involved in the near future. A close friend has a band mill, and he and I enjoy piddling around with slabs of cypress, cedar, and various species of hard woods. I have already enjoyed clicking through the pages of projects @ Lumberjocks and am picking out projects to attempt. Looking forward to posting my feeble attempts for all to see.
