My local lumbar yard (not big box store) was more than happy to do a special order for me. It was much more affordable than the woodworking store.

Check with your local concrete suppliers or contractors. Phenolic surfaced ply, PSP, is used mainly for concrete forms do to being able to reuse it many times over. They may have some or know a supplier.

you can get it at woodcraft & Rockler but you can’t get it in full sheets. Rockler is offering free shipping
right now but I don’t know how long that will last, you can get a 24”x32”X3/4 with brown phenolic coating
for about $40.00 you can get 1/2” for about $25.00 Woodcraft has 24”x48” sheets I think most of theirs is green Phillip

Often HDO and MDO is used by Sign companies. Many State signs are made of this material. So you may contact a sign company.

I have a company locally (Idaho) and then give me scrap pieces for jigs etc. I have thought of getting a sheet and just ordering when they order a bundle.

This is where I have purchased a few sheets (3/4”). They may be able to check with their supplier to see who is a dealer in your area.
