Here is the box I made as a gift for Christmas ‘07. She stores her guitar picks in it? The pick in the shots for sizing. This project started as a hand plane. Purple Heart, Yellow Heart, Cedar and high dollar hinges. Hinges cost $30.00 but they were the only ones I could find that would do what I wanted. It was all done with hand tools.

Not much story just finished this table for the small drill press. Modified some designs from many examples in the trade mags. All of them discribed an evaning project i.e. about 4 hours. it only took me 7 days. Not vary perttity but finaly done.

I will more than likely change it after working on for a while.
