I am a Roofing Contractor and have been in business for 32 years, with lots of rough wood working experience. My passion is fine wood working and just playing with my tools. I recently purchased 5 acres for my home and business and built a 40 x 60 foot metal building for offices and supplies, for roofing and seamless rain gutters. However I closed off a 20 x 30 foot section for my wood shop. I have a 10' roll up door, plugs within easy reach, air hose in the wall and from the 16' ceiling.
A list of my tools are table saw, 12" band saw, scroll saw, drill press, sliding miter saw, many hand tools, dremals and parts and peices and very little time.

Go to your “My Home” link on the page. There will be a workshop link there. There should be an option to edit your workshop. Workshop photos are uploaded directly from your computer.

A couple of the Jocks are a bit north of you. Obi and Bill are in the Modesto area. I’m in Sacramento. Also, In the early 80s I spent some time at Castle AFB. Good to run into another Northern CA member.

Sounds like we have covered some of the same ground. I just spent a good month working in the Cupertino area. I’ll keep you in mind if we set up a get together. Talking about doing something in January when Tony comes over to San Francisco.

Thank you ever so much for the thank you RAH. I did not mean to mislead you or anyone I was in during Vietnam but spent my time in GERMANY. But I was still ill received at home. When I got out, I remember I was in my dress greens and hitchhiked home, about 20 miles, I ended up waliking the whole way because people were so negative towards the ARMY. I got finger a lot, spat at, yelled at, it was not pleasant. And like I said I was drafted, I did’nt have a choice. I still have a lot of mixed emothions about it. But thanks for listening anyway. you are my buddy. mike
