I make my living as a writer these days, but enjoy woodworking. Background is in Forestry and Education (I have taught 8th grade Industrial Arts). I run a Norwood band saw mill in my spare time for fun and profit. Other equipment includes a chain saw mill, and a Ford 8N tractor. I am a frequent contributor to Sawmill & Woodlot Management magazine.
