PittsburghTim's Workshop

My workshop is in my oversize two-car garage. It’s painted in old Texaco colors and has a green vinyl floor. I installed high-gloss cabinets from Ikea as they have that sort of retro look if old painted steel cabinets. I have added a flat-panel TV and Blue-Ray player, two red leather recliners, and a small fridge loaded with my favorite diet sodas and a few beers for visitors. It never goes above 68 degrees on the hottest days and warms up quickly with a 240 volt forced air heater mounted to the ceiling.

It’s hard to beat a day in the shop as it’s comfortable, well-lit, and generally pleasant to be in.
