Welcome to Lumber Jocks! This is a great place to get – or give – advice about woodworking on the forums and the project posts are a wonderful source of new ideas. I look forward to seeing your projects and posts.

To get the most feedback on your projects, it’s best to only post 1 or 2 at a time. This way you will get feedback over several days and from a wide variety of members.

Please enjoy your membership.

Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself a few months ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ’s as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…

Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…

Thank you guys for welcoming me here. It seems that most knowlegable woodworkers are up ther in northern states or most things happen there. But I am gald that now technology is her and we can all conect like we live in same town. Unfortunately, I haven’t worked on any new projects for a good while and have been just remodeling and repairing things around the house. On the other hands, my garage work space hass gotten out of hands and is a task pulling things out to do any woodorking for now. but you allknow that you can’t just get rid of the woodworking ich. So, i’ll be posting some blogs as we go and pick on you all oldtimers’s brain for some advise. I look forwards to learning more from all of you and in the interim just throw some stuff in here and there, sounding like I know something.
