I just got the PC ROS and I can’t use it until I get some 5 inch disks. I have put this off for a long time, as I have a half a dozen PC and Makita 1/4 sheet sanders in the shop as well as on the boat. I like the econ, of the 1/4 sheet sanders, but now I am faced with velcro backed disks, and don’t quite know who has the best deals, and quality. Way to many choices on google, and the local hardware store is not any help.

Any time you can get it for less than 50 cents a sheet, it is a decent buy.

I buy my sandpaper from home depot in contractor packs http://www.homedepot.com/Paint-Paint-Tools-Sanding-Sanding-Tools-Sandpaper/h_d1/N-5yc1vZ1xkxZbobk/R-100016020/h_d2/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053
you pay about $10 for 25 sanding discs.

These guys have the best price and the paper last longer than any other I have used. I use to get mine at HD but save alot of money going with this one. You get 50 in a box instad of 25 and it cost less.

Industrial abrasives now carries sanding discs for Festool sanders in 5 & 6” sizes if you have that equipment. They are of better quality then the Festool discs.
