Hinge Help for drop down shelf - 7 replies Designing a liquor wall cabinet. Want a door covering lower two shelves (glassware) and open shelves above (whiskey). would like the door to be flush (have it shown in open position) suggestions on hinges, would probably not like to see them when closed TIA |

Bench grinder issue - 3 replies So I have a new 8” bench grinder that works good. took an old 6” grinder (taskmaster) and put a wire wheel on one side and cloth polisher on the other. Difference in weight makes this thing vibrate like hell. I assume my only answer is to run two wire wheels or two cloth polishers for ballance. Any insight |

divider boxes for drawers - 13 replies Looking for a source for divider boxes for drawers I built. Ideally, I would want several sizes. I was going to build wooden boxes, but after seeing how little space a plastic spax box takes up, i think it would be better to just buy some plastic boxes. |

side drawer slide shims - 11 replies What is a good shim material for side drawer slides. Apparently I have manufactured 4 of my 24 drawers in a sop storage case a little out of tolerance and need to shim under the slide. I was thinking veneer edging as I want it to be full length of the slide. Any other ideas. |

Stanley No. 98 - 8 replies Anyone with good ideas for getting the screw out. It was partially stripped when I got it. I have saturated with WD 40 and another penetrating oil to no avail. Even tried heat. Thinking I will have to tap it and ruin the screw in which case I would need a replacement screw Any ideas would be appreciated. |

Drawer Slides - 9 replies Economical full extension slides? looking at building a bank of drawers, likely 18 so looking for something cost effective, Rocklers that I have used before are like 15.99 a pair for 22” full extension. Any one have good lick with cheaper ones? |

Jet JDP-17MF parts - 3 replies So picked up a JDP 17MF pretty cheap, missing depth stop, table handle, and one of the handles which does not seem replaceable as the hole is stripped. Recess for bolts with forstner bit - 10 replies Somebody may have a simple answer for this. You have a hole drilled for a bolt, then decide you want the bolt head recessed, and want to drill the recess with say a forstner bit. Does anyone have a simple way to do this. Also, no drill press. The only thing I was thinking was using a wood dowel to fill the hole. Thoughts |

Bosch Router Table Dust Collection - 3 replies Any one pipe both dust ports (fence and case) into a 4” dust collection system. Was trying to use PVC to get it done, but having trouble with sizes. It has two standard 2 1/2” ports made for shop vac attachment. Would like to combine and pipe into one then transition to 4”. |
