The seat is covered – a little lumpier than I wanted, but doesn’t look too bad. I think the pleated back (see before pics) is going to be quite difficult and that’s next.

I think the originals were pretty lumpy too. It looks about like the ones I’ve seen. You know, the worst part of doing restoration work is that if you do it right nobody knows you did anything. LOL

I’ve studied my books and laid out a pattern of pleats for the back (see “before” pics).
Hope to cut upholstery and get started on the back (and finish?) tonight and tomorrow (Saturday).
