I was tasked to build two cub carts for the boy scouts. They gave me two sets of wheel chair casters and plans for a kids cub cart and one for a adult cub cart. it is a race kind of like pine wood cars. it will be held this Saturday. I have the kids one done and it as been tested by the scouts and meets approval. O and it fast and a bit showy.

The cart is made out of 3 8’ 2×4 fir milled to 1 1/2×3 6\16, maple peaces and mdf covered with laminate

2.0 is on the way.

pek at 2.0v
1 1/4 pilot holes in axels for wheel lags (notice red oak inserts)

2 laminated 3\4×3 6\16×32 1/2 red oak on axles (this is all a upgrade) the frame will also have lamination.
