It is a frosty morning and I just went out to my heated shop and was trying to picture my new TS in it place…WOW it is going to be the center point. I Went and got it fri. at woodcrafters in Portland. What a experiences that was. They loaded up this 650 pound TS in my truck in the back and I strapped it down (I had to take a moment to saver the moment,, I reall have it). Now I have a 50 minute drive back to the place where I work ( they are giong tho store until I get the shop in order, should be tues, wed.) Any way I was go 65 on the freeway and i am well away from the car in front ( i know it will take more time to stop also i have a 600 pound crate on a pallet and I do not want it to slide into the cab with me). I start seeing red light flicker so I slow down a little. Suddenly it is all stop in front of me and now. With some praying and some luck I did get that truck stopped 15’ away from the car in front as i looked up I saw a city worker darting back and forth trying to get the rubber bottom off a road sing… people do some stupid things.

Wow. That will get the adrenaline pumping. I am glad that you were able to stop in time to avoid an accident.
