there were 5 things that I had planed on doing this year. 1 (Cutting board ) done, 1 ( in drawer knife block) done, 1 (lost stickly night stand) , 2 (wooden squares).

The night stand was for my little brother. I started it milling the 14th. As it turns out it was a challenge for me and there were lots of firsts and and late nights. But it was fun. Thing that are left to do are, fiinal fit, sanding, gluing and finish. So i finger 4 or 5 more days. this was a project that you could see the finish line but knowing how much time I had put in to it. I did not want to rush the finish.

So what do I give him for Christmas.???

as for the squares there is always birth day, next year or when ever.

O yes,

From time to time I did get a little side tracked or had to take a mental brake. I got two coffee scoops done, a small bowl and a hand plan tap a hammer (also good for little chisel work).

So I guess the shop is never closed.

Nope…

Weather turned REALLY foul in late November, and stayed that way. I have an Advent Candle Holder I was making for a family Christmas present. It’s been WAY too humid in the shop to have the paint stick. I need to strip it down and respray it once the air dries up…

I need a dehumidifier BAD…
