My love of woodworking came from my Grandpa Fritz. He was mostly retired when I got to know him and was able to go over to his home to stay and/or help him mostly with his garden. I always enjoyed going down into his basement woodworking shop. He made museum quality "school" clocks all from scratch. He always had to tell me to be quiet. That I could learn a lot by just sitting still and watching. I did and now it my turn.

How could you tell I was off today Don? All the posting I have done? Earlier today I was waiting for my local woodworking club meeting and it was raining. Plus I do work weekends......well enough of that.

I leave the computer on. I have had a kidney transplant and these drugs I take for anti-rejection keep my sleep pattern way out of whack. One is liable to see me on here about any time of day or night that I am not actually at work.

Thanks for the welcome. I’m just going to sit back and read all I can until I get a shop up and going. Right now I will have to do all my woodworking at work.
