Normal basement workshop cobbled together over the years. Enjoy traveling to local sawmill operations, usually a single man operation. Accumulated several hundred board feet of rough sawn lumber over the years. Stacked-stickered- and drying in my drier than normal basement. I've recently "discovered" the virtues of a properly tweeked hand plane and the results that can be had. AMAZING! Anyway, self taught and still a really long way to go. I specialize in making short boards from long boards; sawdust; and recently-curly shavings!
My best ideas are those that I manage to steal from someone else. That's about it.
