I am mainly a woodcarver, but also build furniture, outdoor structures, and do some remodeling. I retired from the Army about 11 years ago after 22 1/2 years. I've been woodworking since I was a kid and have thoroughly enjoyed it. A decent wood shop helped keep me sane while on an unaccompanied tour in Panama many years ago where I learned a lot of different techniques. We will soon be moving to a new house where I'll be making several built-ins, wainscoting, cabinets, fireplace mantles, and furniture. Plus, I'll have a lot more room for my wood shop!
