I’ve never seen such dramatic wood turning. Near the end it starts to sound rhythmic—pretty cool watch!

Richard Oedel, a master furniture maker on, turns a table leg on an antique lathe from the early 20th century. Richard’s immense skill is in keeping with the great tradition and history represented by this amazing piece of equipment.

Is anyone else interested in having a similar video made? Occasionally we do these for members free of charge.

He definitely feels comfortable in what he is doing and makes it look doable
