Well you could say I was born into the construction business! I learned at an early age that in my family you either became a butcher or a carpenter. I like to build things so took the carpenter route. I have build houses most of my life and always enjoyed coming up with my own designs and fixes to problems. Now that I am older I enjoy home projects and working together with friends on projects. My wife keeps me plenty busy with the projects around here! Although I like to use my own ideas and sometimes am a bit stubborn about even looking at my wifes designs and ideas, she does have some good one. Don't tell her I told you so! :) Recently I have been writing articles and getting ready to build a web site to advertise items that I found useful and that would benefit others as they have myself. I will be adding more updates as I get them ready. I am looking forward to meeting some great people here. After reading some of the posts in the forum, it seems like a very good place to share ideas. I look forward to contributing!

Thank you so much for the warm welcome! I have been a bit busy the past few days since I joined but will try and contribute more soon. My son just got shipped to Afghanistan so been busy rounding up some goodies he might want and need over there. Thanks again for the warm welcome!!!
