Hello Everybody, Otto Hallberg here, I am new to the LumberJocks web site and just thought I would throw out an introduction blog. My journey into woodworking started when I was about five years of age. My father always had a small woodshop in the basement of the house in Minnesota and made sure that my brothers and I got a hands on experience. During the past 46 years I have dabbled off and on with woodworking and a year and a half ago was able to set up a decent enough woodshop that has a dedicated space. Most of my woodworking is done in support of my yard and flower gardens, although I did build the Christmas presents I gave away this last year. I am getting ready to start on a Hope Chest out of Cedar for my Daughters wedding the beginning of May.
