I gave myself the task of making the model in SketchUp to make more graphic the process, illustrated with photographs after real

Mis pasos.
My Steps

First the wood must be perfectly square to the two boards are the same thickness.

Make two marks on the fronts of the two woods with separations of 1 / 4 “

A second indication from the 83.1 ° tilt will mark to define the middle pin. The ratio is 8:1

In my case I use 6mm for the contact angle, just as I marked the side angle of 45 ° and the lines to define which is the portion to be removed.

With the router and straight bit front portion removal without exceeding the 45 ° line and the limit of the 6mm.

With the router bit in V and we can create the very difficult flap to 45 degrees.

With the router and a dovetail bit and a drill bit is removed surplus line where the dovetail fit.

8. Con esto obtendremos los medios pines
This means we get the half pins

Door frames to fit

Usually I ask the design and installation of interior doors to offices. Normally there is to make small adjustments between the frame and the wall as the walls, most of the time it is not possible to leave perfect, so it fits with wooden wedges and placed a chambrana, or is filled with plaster, or Silicon acrylic sealant.
I’ve come across a client with a demanding and very astute contractors. The contractors say that the doors are to develop CHUECAS and its walls are perfect. However it is not. I have come to the task of finding ways to verify the alleged accuracy of the frames of the doors.

The bubble level only indicates whether or not being level.

Lead, indicating the correct verticality between two points

The rule tells us how the flat wall is placed where the leg of the frame.

The thread shows capping of the edges.

The squad shows that there is a right angle at the corners.

The level of hose gives the total rate

Inclinometer to measure the degrees of tilt.
Well, doing all these types of measurements to prove that I is not perfect hole.
And comment on them as I was with this

These are the remains of my old working table. I think it was fair to make a new functional.

Searching the term Google.com.mx Carpinteria not found anything interesting pages dedicated to carpentry. Attempting to call Bricolage there are some pages of carpentry, but in other countries, not mexico.
How many know that means bricolage (the French “bricoleur,” or “do it yourself”) but I think everyone in mexico at least we know what it means “carpentry”.
However, seeking the end woodworking found many pages as well as groups with 2000 or 3000 participants.

What happens to us Mexicans in this category?
What about the MSN and Yahoo Groups?
What about members of groups?

It may not be as active as I would in all groups, but I am awaiting what happens. Another big problem is that messages from the group that are answered by mail yahoo going to junk mail classified as spam. In one of these emails I saw the topic of some bench presses than trying to get in mexico this practice in Chinese, not to mention the quality or professional tool that this cost by the heavens.
I will say what I think my words and disulpen beforehand: “I’m up to the mother that petty gringos and the petty Mexican government we have in misery tecnológica” But who knows? Mexicans we stress because we are creative, and we might not be so “chingon Irwin as” a screw-table made with screw rods, but will provide the same utility and will be available to us Mexicans.
When cree yahoo group and invited a member called “Accountant” read:
“I was not poru many groups carpentry, deveria focus on just one and have more participation, without splitting, which devilita.El be united us makes us strong and improving many things, like ideas and comments, experiences and learn all . Let us things. ”
And is quite right. Divagaciones on the issues, we do not have a clear objective we’ve added as we happen and we are in groups that sometimes we do not add anything.
Why not create something really serious, based on our experience and in books or magazines we read. Maybe not become the Mexican woodworking or … who knows, but that is my intention as from today. It was a bit of carpentry and somewhat like web page creation, and that an independent forum will give us more opportunities and capabilities of organization that a site yahoo or msn.
I think these forums are for us beginners learn many things that others can teach us, and I at least did not leave mine, but also the lack of organization in the group makes the information is scattered and want to give us nisiquiera read what is already posted. So my goal now is to improve what needs, gather information and with your help, which is that I will make a very site of the Mexican carpentry for the Mexican woodwork.
