Location: Northern Illinois

I've been into wordworking and construction for over 30 years as a hobby. I started building wooden structures first. Gazebo, barns, garages, decks, rec rooms, bars.
Got into furniture and cabinet building as time and equipment expanded. Am now retired and spending more time building and refinishing cabinets and furnitures. I also have been doing custom golf club building and repair for 22 years. It has been my other passion. Since I have retired and relocated to northern Illinois in 2007, I have gotten extensively involved in upgrading my shop and have done many different projects for my family and friends. Including a mission style oak headboard, dressers, computer desks, tables, pantries, wine cabinets, office furniture, corner cabinets, lamp tables, and a desk, to name a few.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless

Thanks to all who have welcomed me! I originally found this site in researching power tool equipment reviews. I found the reviews very valuable and a great resource. There is a great wealth of knowledge, experience and help readily available here. Thanks for having me!
