I have $700 spend to get all of my equipment what do you recomend - 22 replies I have a total of $700 to get a lathe and my supporting tools. My biggest interest is turning pens but I will turn small bowls eventually. I do have a regular speed grinder, drill press with a clamp on it, bandsaw and a bench top disc and belt sander. Want to purchase hvlp gun which one - 16 replies I have a 5 hp 20 gallon compressor and I am a hobbyist woodworker using finish out of a can.
