Wood working is one of the many things I enjoy. I mainly do my woodworking during the winter. Summer is when I like to be outside wrking on the landscaping, decks or just sitting back enjoying the sun and warmth.

So far I have made a kitchen table, coffee and matching end tables, a poker table(for my son's b-day), a bed and matching laundry hamper for my other son and his fiancee, a set of folding screens for my daughter's patio doors. I have also made a few cabinet doors for my parents to replace their old doors that were in poor condition.

The table in my profile pic is the coffee table I made.

Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself just about 2 years ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ’s as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…
I apologize for the late welcome but I am currently serving overseas and don’t have a lot of spare time on my hands.

Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…

A belated welcome to LumberJocks!

How are things up there in Bay Roberts? I’ve never visited your town but am familiar with Newfoundland because I married a girl from St John’s back in 1973. She’s stuck with me all these years and I couldn’t have found a better woman any place else in the world.

Your projects look great. I look forward to seeing more in the future.

In the meantime, stay where yer to til we comes where yer at and …

Be Careful!
