I am in search of a tool to scallop flat wood. I would like to create chips that range in size from 1” square to 1” x 3” long. Regular gouging chisels can make small “pea size” scallops. I have looked at Rockler, Lie-Neilson, Lee Valley, Woodcraft, and Any suggestions? Charlie
