I got started in woodworking at a very young age when my father picked up the hobby. I learned a lot from him. It took me some time to get to a place in my life with not only the time, but the money and space to begin building out my own shop. I conciser myself a beginner since I have been out practice for so long, but it seems to be coming back to me.
My current shop is a single car garage that doubles as storage overflow from our house.
My current projects are items to improve on my shop space; a better bench, storage, out-feed table, and generally any other shop fixtures that come to mind. Projects from my recent past include Murphy Bed with built in bookshelves and fireplace mantel and surround.
My style is whatever I think I can make work, and whatever the family will give me time to work on :)
