Yesterday, I was outside enjoying the “perfect” weather and taking some pictures of flowers,

when I sat down on a log by the woodpile to see what I could see….

I saw several images in the ends of the wood, including this one:

and then I added a flower from one of the plants nearby:

and finally sauntered off to find some other inspirations, including my new rock sculpture I put together:

Hi Ms. Executive Director;

Nice photo’s. I would have like to had a lesurely day like that myself, but no such luck!

Seems whenever I make time to “smell the roses”, there aren’t any around!

Very nice photographs.

the second flower pix. is my favourite and is similar to many of the photos that I take. I really enjoy the macro world.

Frank, sounds like the “rock, paper, scissors” game! ha.

Give me anything as a subject and throw a macro lens on my camera and the rest of the world disappears :)
