Here are some views of my compact workshop. Most all the stationary tools are mobile, which helps when I have a large job in the works.

Michael, you have a nice shop space in which to work. It looks like you have organized it well and you have put some nice cabinetry in there. I like the windows that you have in your shop as well. These, coupled with opening the garage door, will admit a lot of natural light. Bummer about having the “non-woodworking” stuff in there but I guess it has to be stored somewhere. :) And putting the bulk of it overhead is a good idea since there it will not interfere with your shop activities. My shop seems to be the first place my wife looks when she has something that she can’t bear to get rid of and wants to put in storage. Of course this leads to some interesting “discussions” which I invariably do not win. :)

You have a nice set of tools to play with as well and it looks like you have plenty of room to maneuver around your tools. And your clamp rack looks remarkably similar to mine.

Thanks for the pictures of your shop. I enjoyed the tour.
