Hi Ken, I read your blog about the restoration of the TA 1180B Walker Turner table saw. I have inherited that same saw from my dad and need to change the belts. I have the three replacement belts and have spent the better part of the morning sitting in sawdust trying to see how to loosen up the motor enough to get the old belts off and the new ones on. Short of removing the motor itself is there some way to accomplish this? This saw has particular meaning to me since I grew up around it and so I would like to keep it running as long as possible. I have other questions about using this saw but if you can help me out on the belt replacement that would be great. The motor is mounted on a base plate with 4 9/16 bolts that I have backed off so that I could move the motor, but there doesn't seem to be enough play in that process to get the belts off/on. Thanks, Tom
