Well as the time approaches for the contest end I find myself scrambling to get things completed. Due to financial constraints and the holidays I am doing my best to have it completed by the end of the month. The box is almost complete, all the moulding, bracket feet have been machined and attached and all the drawers are constructed and dry fit. All that is left are the drawer bottoms, fitting the door, final sanding, finishing and installing hardware. I am working most of the remaining days at my profession so time is limited at best. I will have 3 days off just before the deadline to get it finished and entered. We’ll see how it goes. It has been a wonderful but stressful experience and I just hope that it is up to par with the entries that have been submitted.
