I have been a woodworker on and off for the last 40 years. Now that I am retired I have rekindled this hobby and have several videos on YouTube (Saw Dust Maker or under Richard McIntosh).

I have seen a few YouTube videos that show someone using one of those digital angle guides. Since then I put it on my wish list. Then I saw an article on how to make my own using my cell phone. I made a video on it and posted it to YouTube at http://youtu.be/ZX7oObW9klw

This year I have started a YouTube channel about woodworking. Check it out under Saw Dust Maker or Richard McIntosh.

I am currently working on a video on a router tabel rebuild. I have bought one of the Harbor Freight routher tables and found that it was not such a great cost saver like I thought. The router lift system just did not work well for me so I desided to overhaul it. Check it out at http://youtu.be/EQi39fqO9Gg

Trying to get started with the building of my workshop in the back yard. I sure did not expect all the trouble involved in getting a building permit. I expected to have the foundation started by now. Oh well, on with the paper work!!!

This last Sat. I went to Peachtree Woodworking Supply and sat in on a Gwinnett Wood Workers Association meeting. I was invited by and met Steve Carmichael. I have enjoyed his videos on YouTube and was glad to met him in person.

Latest update on the new shop in the back yard. I have turned in the paper work for the building permit and am waiting for it to be approved so that my concrete contractor can start on the foundation.

When the foundation starts I will post pictures here.
