After giving my shop a good new years cleaning, I thought it was time to take a few pictures to share with the other LumberJocks!.

Over 2009 I started to replace some of my older equipment (older drill press with the new Powermatic 18 Inch Variable Speed Drill Press) and hand power tools with the Festool line adding a new Kapex, Rotex, TS 55 EQ Plunge Cut Circular Saw and two dust collectors (22 and 33). The Festool line is awesome equipment with excellent dust management.

Matt, I can see that you have a lot going on in there at the moment. It is looking pretty good. The miter bench will give you plenty of storage and a nice working area as well. I definately can see some of Norm’s influences in there. :)

I am looking forward to seeing pictures of your completed bench.

Thanks for the shop post. This was a nice visit.

Nice size shop – you need to finish off those projects in the shop, they will look a lot nicer and give you even more space for tools.

I look forward to seeing the final products.

I like your shop. Nice and big I’m in looking redoing mine. for more storage. Especially sine the shows are over, so I can clean it up. There are a few Xmas presents that I need to finish for the neighbor so they can give out for presents.
