I just completed the case for storing my Kreg K2 & K3 pocket hole jigs. It has room for all of my accessories and about 2000 screws.

Marty,

Great work there in both the case construction and the video production ..very professionally done.

You may want to post it on the kreg Community as well if not already done.
Did you know in the base of the K3 there is a area to store the bits and driver.

Thanks Rob.

I did post to the Kreg forum too.

You know, I’m embarrassed to say that I didn’t realize that there was storage under the K3 base. That’s a great option if you’re just keeping the jig on the shelf. Of course I have three bits that I want to store, and they’re a bit easier to get to via the magnets instead of under the base. But thanks for the insight! I guess I should read the manual closer ;-)

Nice case. Nice video.

But, Marty, don’t you also have a video suggesting getting rid of cases?

Have a great day and thanks for the video.

Hi Russ,

Thanks.

Regards the other video, that was about discarding the cases that come with ‘most’ tools. Those cases are often very inefficient and have a lot of wasted space. This case holds many items and I think is fairly efficient in its use of space. I’m not against tool cases in principle.

Nice case. Nice video.

Just teasing a bit.

Enjoy your work in the workshop and the videos.

Marty, dont feel too bad its a feature very few users know anyway possibly because of the lack of publicising.

I used to use it, but one day I got annoyed when I could not find the drill bit after clamping the jig on the bench ready to use it.

I forgot I put it it there!
