no previous part Part 1 of Wizard Staff series no next part

Recently I was asked if it was possible for me to make a wizard staff. After getting a few examples of what he was looking for, I figured it was doable for me and thus was commissioned by an acquaintance to make him a wizard staff.

It’ll be 60 inches tall, topped with a blue crystal ball grasped by lions claws

As part of the development of this commission, I had to scrap together a lathe. Likely I’ll build something more permanent on a larger scale, now that I’ve got a taste of constructing essential tools ;o)

Okay, what’s a wizard staff? I’m not into any witches, wizards hokus pokus, so I’m kinda out of it. Sorry!
