I purchased a reasonable Stanley #4 that needed some work but looked solid from Ebay. When the postal worker walked towards me with the package it was a two day shipping plastic envelope. When I picked it up off the counter it rattled. When I opened it I was sick, it was now an expensive paper weight. An hour or so of computer time and two weeks of waiting I had a check in my hand. Priority shipping from the post office comes with $50 insurance so it was easier to file a claim than box it up and ship it back to the seller. Lesson learned when buying fragile items that look like they are built like a tank email the seller and warn them to package well.
