Its been 15 years since I last dabbled in to woodworking. This is what the garage looks like now thanks to my son’s accumulation of car parts and the storage of family junk. In all fairness, my son did fabricate car parts for his Mazda Speed 3 and Miata in this garage. My scrap wood storage box (not seen in the photo) has as much plastic in it as it does wood. You can see some of the bench top tools in the background.

Some of that junk is gone now but still a long way to go. My goal is to have my tools on mobile stands and roll things into the driveway for most of my work.

Shop lighting, workbench and storage tables still around from my last undertaking. Still have bench sander, drill press, 9” bandsaw along with my routers, circular saw and other assorted hand tools.

I plan to add a table saw, planer and jointer as the first large purchases. Not sure on which models yet but I am really leaning towards a Delta 36-725 for starters.

Thanks. I’ve watched lots of videos and read lots of reviews and forum posts on the 36-725 and I’m convinced I’m going to like it. The weather has been below freezing the last few days here in sunny northeast Florida. But it should warm up next week and I’ll get back on cleaning, disposal, inventorying and organizing that garage.
