How what size pieces are best for you to make grips, I have scraps of walnut, cherry, Maple, Maybe some mahogany I think most of it is 1 1/2” thick, If you can use it I’ll send you a box full

Need some help !!!! I cannot get a smoothe edge on the inside like your pictures show (on the cut off rings). I have tried calipers for the thickness, the workbook suggestions,I still cannot get a workable edge without MUCH MUCH MUCH sanding. Can you please help????

I just started, Those are my first three bowls LOL All I can tell you is if the angle doesn’t match the thickness of the wood I was told that would happen. Dick Byrd (recycle 1943) on lumber jocks is coaching me, He’s the Ringmaster Guru
