Change from Stationary tools to Shopsmith

Hi To all

As a quick introduction Im a Wood Turner or Pen Maker
Using the Lathe as my Primary Woodworking tool; Handy Man
And a DJ,……

Im interested in buying a use in good shape Shop Smith 510
520 With Band Saw and Jointer

My Garage is primary used to keep the wife car inside
Then is transformed into a Mechanics Shop, a wood working shop
And a Broadcast studio where I make the youtube videos of my turning projects

The Garage is well organized with custom made shelf’s and Cabinets
But now is just getting complicated to allocate all the tools, wood and
Important things like the Toys of my little ones (they are not making a mess
They are making memories)

My set of tools that I will like to replace are:
1) 10” Craftsman Contractor Series Table Saw
2) 12” Craftsman Drill Press
3)Haussmann 12” Band

I will like some feedback in regards the shopsmith
And the idea of changing stationary tools for a multi-purpose
Tool

Thanks for the help
