I am the first that is not a woodworker in a long line of woodworkers. At least not professionally. However, I am drawn to the wood. It calls to me like a siren calls to a lonely sailor. Some say it is in my blood. I say it makes me feel good. Whatever the reason I took it up about 5 years ago and was only able to take advantage of a short period of time to gain as much knowledge of all the great knowledge that my father had before I lost him to cancer in 2007. So here I am with a garage full of tools that I inherited (along with a bunch that I bought) and I spend my weekends, when I can, whittling away at the siren we call wood. I hope to share with you some of the things I have made.
