Well, it has been a while since I wrote the first entry. Not much has changed in the shop. Right after I built the wall and insulated it I discovered “dry rot” on the south side of my house. It was a mad dash to remove siding and bad sheeting and replace before going back to work as a school counselor. Needless to say, the house is buttoned up for winter but the shop is a shambles. I still need to sheetrock over the insulated wall and ceiling, then comes the mudding and taping then painting. After which I will evaulate my lighting. Will I ever get to cut wood again???

Use T-8 lighting.
The initial cost is a little higher but the benefits are outstanding.
-- No piece is cut too short. It was meant for a smaller project.

Fear not… You’ll be cutting wood soon enough. When you are not working on the shop, dream up the projects you will tackle first!

Thanks for the kind words. This thing called “life” seems to get in the way from time to time.
