Make a wood business sign for a company in Southern WI. Its a wildlife hospital that cares small and large animals… mostly abandoned babies or animals hit by cars.
Starting out with my traditional fabrication of my sign blank. Planeing, ripping, and squaring the 2 X material. Prepping for laminating. I try to laminate as quickly as possible after I plane. I find that no matter how I store pine, it will move after its been planed. The laminating cuts down of the movement almost completely.
