I would say the proper title for this would be: Wood Gloat ! Way to go, I can see a lot of nice Christmas presents in that pile.

definitely a wood gloat. I have a friend that lets me pick through his “scraps” once in a while, but honestly, I’m still working through some of the wood I got form him almost 3 years ago…

I’m in a similar situation, although not the same. I’ve got a fair amount of oak and ash stashed in my barn/shop. Working on manditory home maintenance and repair. Replacing rotten windows on my back porch now. My goal is this winter when I am not able to work outside that I will finally start making mistakes in furniture. :) Ya got your foot in the door. Now you put the other foot through it?
