The shop is under construction, I will try to keep the pics up dated as I near completion.

I have been working on the new shop on the weekends for about 3 months now.
The shop is 28×24 with a small 5×10 section cut out to avoid cutting down a tree and a 10×12 bump out on the other end that was a shed I built last year and have decided to incorporate it into the new shop we should end up at 630 sq ft small…..but Ill try to make it work.

Equipment

Powermatic table saw
Delta Band Saw
Jet planer
Dual router table with freud routers
Porter cable router in the end of the table saw w/lift
Craftsman radial arm

Will list additional equipment as I UN pack it.

HA guys and Gals any input or suggestions on setting up the shop or what you might do different would be helpful.
I would love to here the ideas of others.

Trying to figure out how to use photo bucket in conjunction with this blog post , , , not fairing so well. I would like to post project pictures as I make progress on the shop.

Well I drug out the table saw and out feed table last weekend.
This weekend I will be working on insulating and installing wall covering on the miter & radial arm wall so I can get that station built.

That looks like it has the potential to be a very nice shop.
Make sure to get sound insulation; you wouldn’t want the neighbours complaining. Haha.

Is the house nearby? I’m wondering where those stairs lead to.

Tyrone…..
When the stairs are finished ,,,, going down will lead to the garden and the lower two acres,,,, going up will lead to the upper acre and the house that is about 200 feet away from the shop. I’m hoping that this shop turns into a great hideaway.
