Well it’s done, except for the dirt.
Had one of the heaviest rains in the past year. Water came in the south wall and east wall. Funny, the two don’t look alike. One looks like dust, while the other is yuck residue stuff. Maybe it’s from the OSB?
Anyway, the outside surface is finished. Now to remove that junk dirt around the building and replace it with something that we can plant things in.
Check ‘My Projects’ to find something new.

What a great start to a nicely sized shop! Will it be a “drive-through” shop”? Slant Roof or Flat Roof? Looking very good thus far! Good luck.

Drive through, how about an ‘Oil Change Station’. I didn’t think about it, but I should have designed it for a big RV, realsale value.
Yes it has a flat slanted roof, steel cut to length.
Funny thing, I used to live in Shelbyville, Indiana. I build a two story 28’ x 36’ x 22’ there. Did everything except the trusses. Younger then.

Ahh, the red dirt of the Tularosa Basin. I use to live in Roswell and traveled many times through Tularosa going to the west side of the state. You will appreciate that insulation during the hot summers and cool winters. Good luck with the shop.
