I need some help locating a specific shaper cutter. I need a cutter that will cut a tongue and groove on an 11.25 degree bevel. I haven’t been able to find anybody that has this cutter in stock and I’m afraid I may have to have one built. Any suggetions?

Maybe you could make a jig that would hold your work piece at 11.25 degrees.

either you have it built or you make a jig/fixture so that an existing cutter will do the job.

about half my shaper cutters are custom made
