Hole Filling Tip

Just wanted to pass this along for anyone who may not know it. Graphite from pencil lead works fantastic to fill in knotty holes. It works nicely on Cherry or Walnut. You don’t need much to darken the epoxy with it. I used lead shavings from this shop pencil that I made for myself a long time ago. It’s a nice large pencil for quick marking and has a big ole fat 5.6 lead in it, also has a sharpener built into it. Very easy to make some shavings to add to some epoxy, and plug some holes..
