Thx Rob for A GREAT DAY!

Blondie, Kaina (my Lab) & I, had another great day. For those of you in Southern California & are looking for lumber you really need to go too Robs place is incredible! Not only are you going to save half on the price, but there is so much to look at and learn it’s like going on a field trip from school.

I am getting ready to build my entertainment center for a new TV I am buying. So while designing this project for the 63” Samsung Plasma and figuring out what wood would look best in our Family room, I gave Rob a call. I ended up deciding on Knotty Alder. As our family room has Knotty Pine with open beam ceiling’s and a Log Fire Place Mantle. We both agreed this would fit in this room perfectly..

I ended up buying 100 Bd feet of 4/4 & 8/4 Alder. Some of the other lumber is the Blue Oak that is very rare and as far as I know, Rob is one of the few that sell this. It’s amazing, ck this project to see some cabinet doors I practiced with before putting in a breakfast bar in Blondie’s Kitchen.

I love going there, even if it’s a 2 hour drive! There is nothing this shop cannot do for you! I decided to pay Rob to S3S this order for me as he has some monster sized equipment and he gave me a great price. I helped his employee Ray process all the wood. I was there from 8 am until 1pm. Ray and I had had some great laughs and the time flew. I cannot tell you how much I love going down there. You need to go!

Thx Rob,& Ray and doggies!
