Woodworkers run in our family. My grandfather built 3 mast sail boats that raced in the Trans Atlantic races. My father is a gifted cabinet maker himself. My brother and I continue to improve our skills almost everyday.

One of the most influential men in my life besides my father is Mr. Bryant. He was my Advanced Woodworking teacher in high school for 3 yrs. He was not only a well known woodworker; he was very insistent on safety and knowing your surroundings while working in the shop.

The biggest thing I continue to remind my self about woodworking is patience! My personality is normally 100% full on, first one through the door.

Love all the advice and projects the fellow woodworkers have posted, I look fwd to growing and improving with all of you!
Ken Lakits.

Never got any pics, should have. I know I’ll be back eventually, they’ve been clients off and on for the last 10 years.
